The real estate business began as part of the Corporation’s core business. The growth of the network of photo stores and the restaurant chain’s development drove the formation of the initial asset portfolio. Starting from 2004, Rostik Group began to develop real estate as a separate perspective business activity. In 2005, both Cyprus (“Est Property (Cyprus) Ltd”) and Russian (CorpEstate LLC) real estate holdings were founded to unite portfolio covering retail, warehouse and office market sectors, as well as to consolidate property administration and development. To provide awareness on the market, “CORPESTATE” is now used as a corporate brand name for the real estate business of Rostik Group. The current investment portfolio of CorpEstate is comprised of 79 properties in Russia, Belarus and Ukraine.
