Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Rostislav graduated from Simon Bolivar University as a chemical engineer. In 1981, he founded Rostik International to import and retail electronic equipment. In 1987, he received an offer from Eastman Kodak to set up photo facilities in the Soviet Union. The first photo shop, Focus, was opened in 1988. In 1990, the first restaurant Spanish Corner appeared in the centre of Moscow. In 1991, the Russian company ROSINTER was set up, which is now recognized as a leader in the Russian restaurant market, with such well-known trade marks as IL Patio, Planet Sushi, T.G.I. Friday’s, Siberian Crown, Moka Loka, 1-2-3 café, American Bar & Grill and others in Russia, the CIS and Central Europe. In 1993, Rostislav opened the first Russian quick service restaurant, ROSTIK’S, which rapidly became a successful and recognized chain throughout Russia and the CIS. After entering into a strategic partnership with Yum!Brands, based in Kentucky, USA, in 2005, the brand became known as ROSTIK’S-KFC, which is now developed under a separate management and legal structure. Today, Rostik Group Corporation, managed by Rostislav, is developing several businesses: OJSC “Rosinter Restaurants Holding”, ROSTIK’S-KFC (QSR), Carlson Tourism , CorpEstate (real estate and logistics).

Rostislav is a member on the General Committee of “Delovaya Rossia” (Business Russia). Rostislav Ordovsky-Tanayevsky Blanco is the first Russian businessman to be twice awarded the prize of ‘Person of the Year’ in the field of business at the annual national awards: in 2000 and in 2002. In 2004, he received the award of the Business People 2003 contest, in the category Breakthrough of the Year. In 2006, Rostislav won the semi-final of the most prestigious international contest, Entrepreneur of the Year® (Ernst & Young). In June 2007 Rostislav represented Russia in the World final of this contest in Monte Carlo.

Senior Vice-president for finance and administration of Rostik Group corporation. Managing Partner of real estate holding CorpEstate.

Born in 1957 in Tbilisi (Georgia), Vladimir graduated from the Economics Faculty of Tbilisi State University in 1979. In 1996 he graduated from London Business School (Securities Transactions). In 1998, Vladimir studied “Corporate Finance, Reporting and Risk Management” at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. In 2005 he was certified by the National Association of Corporate Directors after graduating from the “Professional Director’s Skills” course. Vladimir started his professional carrier as the Head of Budget Department of the USSR State Bank branch. Later he worked as the Deputy General Director for economics at the State Factory of Electronics and Computer Technologies. In 1990, he served as Regional Financial Director for Marco Polo international hotel chain. From 1992 to 2006 Vladimir worked in the Company as Financial Director (Rosinter), Executive Director (Rosinter Restaurants), and Chief Finance Officer of RIG Restaurant Limited (Rostik Group). Since 1998 Vladimir has been a member of the Board of Directors, and since 2006 he has participated in the Audit Committee of Rosinter Restaurant Holding (Rostik Group). Vladimir became Senior Vice-president of Rostik Group corporation in 2002. From 2005, Vladimir has headed CorpEstate real estate holding as the Managing Partner. For the last fifteen years Vladimir has acted as a Chairman and as a member of the Boards of Directors for various companies of Rostik Group. He has also been a member of National Association of Independent Directors of Russia since 2005.

Svetlana Beresneva

Svetlana Beresnev

General Director of CorpEstate holding

Born in 1967 in Zlatoust, Chelyabinsk region, Russia, Svetlana graduated with distinction from the Moscow State Linguistic University. In 2001 she graduated from the Moscow Academy of Economics, and in the same year she took an MBA degree in Finance and Credit.

Svetlana joined Rostik Group corporation in 1993. Since 1994 she worked in Rosinter (Rostik Group) as Deputy Head of Photo and Electronics Division, managing stores in Russia, the Baltics, Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan. In 2000, as Regional Financial Controller, Svetlana supervised the expansion of Rosinter Restaurants Holding (Rostik Group) into Central and Eastern Europe. In 2003 she accepted the position of Financial Director of the managing company RosCorp. Since 2005 Svetlana has been the General Director of the real estate holding CorpEstate. In 2008 she was appointed as the General Director of IMMOROSINDUSTRY, the joint-venture of Immo Industry Group (IIG) and CorpEstate holding. For the last fifteen years Svetlana has been acting as a Chairman and a member of the Boards of Directors for various companies of Rostik Group.
