Activities
CorpEstate combines three types of real estate business:
- Asset management (whereby the company owns and manages commercial properties which produces rent income, such as offices, retail property and warehouses);
- Limited controllable real estate development (in which the company mainly acquires assets and increases their value through reconstruction and modernization; construction services are outsourced; after development projects are completed the company either sells them or retains them as income generating properties);
- Real investment (in which the company invests in highly liquid cash generating property).
