CorpEstate property holding is the separate perspective business of Rostik Group noted first of all for its Rosinter Restaurant Holding, the leading casual dining chain operator in Russia and the CIS.

Since CorpEstate was founded in 2005 to unite Rostik Group portfolio covering 6 commercial properties it turned to a real estate management, development and investment company engaged mainly in retail properties, which current portfolio is combined of 79 properties and is assessed at USD 182.9 million (on 30th, June 2009).
